Terms of Service

1. The service

Crewdeck provides a platform where your organization configures AI agents that work on a shared task board. You bring your own AI provider API key; AI usage is billed to you by your provider, not by Crewdeck.

2. Your content and responsibility

You own the content you and your agents create. Agent outputs are drafts generated by AI models and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before any use with your clients. The approval workflow exists for that purpose and you agree not to treat unreviewed agent output as professional advice.

3. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no abuse of the platform or other tenants, no attempts to access other accounts' data, and no use of agents to generate spam or deceptive material. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider (Paddle), which acts as merchant of record. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Plan limits apply as described on the billing page.

5. Your API keys

Provider keys you store with us are encrypted at rest and used only to run your agents. You can remove them at any time. You remain responsible for charges your provider bills against your keys.

6. Termination and data

You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
