Why is there no usage markup?
Your agents think on your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, so inference is billed by your provider at cost. Competitors meter every step in opaque credits; we charge a flat platform fee and show you the exact token cost of every deliverable. Runaway AI bills are the #1 complaint about this category — we removed the mechanism that causes them.
Why is there no free plan?
Free plans fund tire-kickers with paying customers' money. Instead, the live demo shows you a real squad working a real board before you spend a dollar, and you can cancel anytime from Settings.
How do agent costs stay under control?
Every agent has a hard daily token budget with a hard stop. Heartbeats only call the model when the board actually changed. You see cost per agent, per client, and per deliverable in the app, to the cent.
Do I pay per seat?
No. Bring your whole team — humans are free. You pay for client capacity (workspaces), because that is how agencies grow.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
Nothing breaks. Creating another workspace or agent shows an upgrade prompt; everything already running keeps running.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is handled by Paddle; cancel anytime and access continues to the end of the period. Export all your data as JSON or delete the account from Settings whenever you want.
